"TL;DR: Terrible experiences; horrible phone tree that puts you to voice mail 95% of the time; rude desk staff that doesn't call back within next business day (as stated in their voicemail). Consistent for over the past 1.5 years. Avoid this place if you can. This place is the closest pediatric behavioral medical practice that can test for and prescribe ADHD meds within 20+ miles covered by our insurance. ..."

"During my visit, Karen Teves-Frazier had what appeared to be a mental breakdown. I was genuinely scared for my safety. It came out of no where. One minute we were talking normal mundane things and then something switched. Her whole face looked different, her eyes changed and she became a completely different human.
