"Great as a practitioner however, Makes little/ minimal effort when calling for telehealth appointments. Over 3 years 36 visits 8 didn't receive call at all. 5 kore than 15mins later and many no ring hangup never tries a second time regardless of which end issue is on. I've run out of meds for a week at times. When doesn't call tends to blame on patient and if call when haven't gotten call as well. ..."

"Was taking a perception from Kevin Nardone. Went to pick up the perception from Walgreens yesterday. I got a ten page report on the side affects. Mind u I have been taking this med for quite awhile. I seen the side affects was happening to my skin, and I told my primary doctor and he said it was dry skin( wrong) so when I called Kevin Nardone office to tell him about the report and my side affects. ..."

"Do not trust this place with your mental health. I go here solely for medication management and my doctor never refills my medication on time, therefore causing me to have awful withdrawal symptoms. My medication has been empty since last week and i’ve called numerous times and spoken with the Prescription Department who have sent multiple messages to my doctor that have simply been ignored.
