"When you arrive to the office during the pandemic you must text them, but they failed to reply, so I waited, I called a couple of times they hung up on me, then i knocked on the door basically for them to tell me you are too late to be helped. "I understand that changes during this pandemic have to be sometimes that way, but the cleaning teeth with a "gauze" with profilactic paste and "regular toothbrush"(for ortho patients) Not ok! If you can't use professional equipment to do a professional service, just don't it, no ethic, no professional."

"The staff is great and the environment friendly. My child does not do well at the dentist, so I appreciate all of the effort that it takes. However, I was unhappy to be scheduled for early in the morning only to find the building still closed and employees trickling in. While I understand that some patients tend to be late, I am habitually early and on time and found this extremely unnerving."
