"They never answer the scheduling line nor do they check their voicemail and return calls in a timely fashion. The expectation on the voicemail is that they check it periodically throughout the day. You leave two voicemails in the matter of a week and you don’t hear from anyone. You provide everything they ask for and you get nothing in return. Worthless."
