"I just moved to the area and was hoping to find my new long-term dentist, but sadly I'm still looking. This practice is a mess. Firstly, as a new client, when you schedule a cleaning, they will bring you in under the guise that you're getting a cleaning, but instead you only receive a consultation. Then if they find you need a filling or some other work, they will schedule a follow-up appointment ..."
