"The reason for my visit on this particular day was due to some pain my daughter encountered over the weekend from the appliance in her mouth. We were the first ones in the office and were told we have wait until the appointment patients were seen before we can be seen. We had to sit over an hour before we were seen all while my daugter sit in pain. My concern though is how emergencies are dealt with? ..."
