"As a long time customer of Beautiful Smiles Cascade road, I wasn't pleased with the customer service experience today from Cherika. I stood there in front of her for three minutes until I was finally acknowledged as I was just trying to get a school excuse for my son. "The reason for my visit on this particular day was due to some pain my daughter encountered over the weekend from the appliance in her mouth. We were the first ones in the office and were told we have wait until the appointment patients were seen before we can be seen. We had to sit over an hour before we were seen all while my daugter sit in pain. My concern though is how emergencies are dealt with? ..."
