"Horrible experience with Beacon Ortho and Dr. Koo with my wife. She came into the office for back pain and was told she would have to get x-rays in order to get a cortisone shot. She declined the x-rays and left the office. A month later we get a bill for $200. I called numerous times and was never provided a clear answer as to why she was being charged.
