"This place is horrible! Have called four times requesting a call back which never came. Sent an e-mail and received no reply. They messed up my injection schedule and i can't even get them to correct the situation. Will be calling my doctor to see if they can find me another organization to go to for my injections. "

"I have been leaving messages for 1.5 weeks to reschedule my infusion with no return phone call or a return email with person whom I received documents to fill out for appointment. After calling my doctor's office today, it seems that they may be temporarily closed. It sure would help that you changed your outgoing message to this effect. No trust at all and will not be rescheduling with them."

"My friend was going here for infusions and they stopped ordering her medication in advance and gave her an incredibly long run around blaming it on supply chain issues (which in fact is readily availability via next day air) when in fact they just did not order it. She tried to reach out to the main office for a resolution and could not reach a person nor did anyone offer a call back and ultimately ..."
