"I have a very serious complaint about their billing -- they refuse to take any responsibility for their own mistakes. Also, they promised 4 times to review my problem and get back to me, but they never did. I got stuck with an extra ~$1200 in finance charges because I trusted their incorrect explanation of the finance plan. I asked them a few times "Are you absolutely sure that I won't be charged ..."
