"This is such a terrible office. The admin staff always seem to be having a pajama party in there. They all dress unprofessionally and the NP, Casey Fallman, is terrible. Don't get her if you have to go to this office. I will not be back."

"Unhappy office, receptionist is rude. Appointments 3 weeks out to see a physicians assistant, no actual MD or D.O. works in the office. My wife and I both had gone to hospital emergency room, and were even admitted to the hospital, with no call or follow-up from this office. Office appears to be a chain of Be Well Clinics micromanaged from Fort Worth. Not happy, so found a new Doc."

"I came for a first appointment just to establish care and annual check up. The first thing the front desk person told me was my appointment would be $200+ to $300+ depending on what is discussed. I was confused as my insurance has a $0 co pay for annual visits and preventive care. She went on talking about my deductible hadn’t been met. "HORRIBLE patient care. They flat out do not have enough providers. Even when you schedule with a provider (I "see" Josh Richards DO whose profile sounds great), they will dump you on the PA and then treat you like a new patient every time because they frequently switch PA's.
