"No one answers the phone. Trying to get my test results for Cancer. Two days now, four phone calls and no response. This was to their new office at Blue Hen mall ."

"Do not attempt to schedule a visit here to confirm if you can begin gender transition. When my partner called to schedule the nurse answering the phone said “we do not accept transgenders here.” It also seems that no one in the general southern DE area helps with this. "
