""The front desk people failed to put the necessary information in the system which has created ongoing problems for us and since the right to share form disappeared makes for a much bigger problem. Blood was drawn on site and sent to Quest Lab.Insurance information also disappeared and now we are getting a very large lab bill. It shouldn't be this difficult to see the doctor. I can't say enough good ..."

"I am hoping I and about 80 patients (colleagues that I encouraged to accept a Turley doctor) will be able to keep using Turley. Some have already asked me to help them change to other BayCarePlus providers. The complaints have never been re the doctors and nurses. As in so many other reviews, it is very hard to make an appointment. It seems to take about 2 weeks to get a referral from a Turley dr ..."
