"Dr Rivera and her staff have actually sent my boyfriend home in tears and completely stressed out. When she isn't demeaning him, her staff fails to send prescriptions, fails to send CORRECT prescriptions, he has been hung up on by SARAH when he complains about prescriptions, and he is a diabetic and needs CORRECT scripts in a timely manner. Now, she has passed on her lame opinion to his new doctor ..."
