"Dr. Sean Amirzadeh is great. Very easy to speak to. However, office communication is atrocious. They never returned calls, sent faxes, refilled scripts or sent clinic notes when asked by a medical equipment supplier or myself. They also never return my voice messages (office manager heather). "Dr Sean was great and easy to speak with. The staff however, especially the office manager are rude and the customer service is HORRIBLE. They made a mistake on ordering my prescription and after 4 trips to the Dr's office (which is very unclean), 24 phone calls and 9 voicemails over 2 weeks I was told it was my fault for taking the meds from the pharmacy and I'd have to wait for the refill for it ..."
