"The Staff at the Baton Rouge VA Outpatient Clinic on Essen have been so friendly and helpful to get me transitioned to the Louisiana VA system of care. Walk-in is reasonable timeliness. Appointments run close to on time, closer than other medical locations I've been. If the Staff sees people in a confused state, they are calm and offer assistance without making you feel little."
