"The staff pressured me into not cancelling or Dr would keep my money. Staff also told me numerous times that my concerns would never happen & that is exactly what occurred. When questioning office or trying to get further help with my situation (which made me look worse than before procedure), they just made up all sorts of excuses & never addressed my concerns. Then they sent me a letter of dismissal ..."
