"Doctors are great but the receptionists are so rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. The entire facility seems to have hatred atmosphere. Their attitude is so rediculous!"

"The front desk is unprofessional, except for Tracy. If patients know how to deal with it, they don't need to find a doctor who speaks the same language. Isn't this Chinese medical center established to serve people who speak the same language? Whether scheduling appointments, wait times... they need to improve. Btw, Dr. Zhai is an excellent doctor. Very professional."
