"Be sure you make an appointment next time you need to have labwork at the Jax Beach location. There's apparently a new rule about making an appointment that the office staff doesn't tell the patients. BUT, the phlebotomist will sure give you an earful of grief if the office staff merely tacks you on to her schedule at the last minute. My experience on 1/15/2024 was very unpleasant."
