"Don't go to this Baptist facility. The staff are representative of the very worst of unprofessionaism. Rather than apologizingfor cancelling an appt without informing the patient,they tried the textbook childrens tactic of blame shifting,trying to make the patient feel responsible for THEM cancelling the appointment and FAILING to notify them.
