"I had a appointment with Dr. Thadur in July, the lady that checked me in failed to tell me that the dr no longer worked there. After waiting for a while I asked about the wait and was told by the same lady that checked me in that she no longer worked there. No one called me in advance to let me know about the doctor. This was very unprofessional. After driving from Whitehall for this appt. No one ..."

"Difficult to get a call through, no one will answer the phone and APRN will not return call until a week later. Pharmacy has difficult time requesting prescription refills. Will be locating another doctor. Absolutely horrible. No notifications were sent as to the physician I was seeing was no longer there and then lied about his presence at the outpatient clinic."
