"My mother had to sit in the car for two hours while she waited to get covid swabbed. She had notified the staff that she was having respiratory issues (she gets bronchitis this time every year). She let the staff know that she was covid swabbed the day before with a negative result. So after she called again after two hours they wouldn't see her cause they said she missed the appointment, even tho ..."
