"On 8/15/2022 at around 3:15PM I began having excruciating chest pains and nausea and almost passed out. We live in San Tan Valley not far from Banner Ironwood facility. Upon arrival there was no one staffing the front desk for a few minutes then finally a girl showed up and my wife informed the front desk attendant I have had 2 previous heart attacks.
