"I went in for blood work. I use a rolling walker. I arrived 10 mins before 7AM when they open. They opened late. The clerk offered to sign me in (kindness I thought- wrong) I was not put in the 7AM grouping but at 7:10, eighth in line. It took an hour to get 3 people in but none came out. I ask how much longer- told an hour. Heard and saw two other people who left when told 2 hours more that ..."
