"Everything is good except the lab. I don't believe they have, for the most part qualified people in the lab. Both my arms are bruised because the girl that drew blood didn't know what she was doing. They never have the same people working back there, so that should tell you how bad it's."

"Conway Regional's decision to part with United Healthcare forced me to change my health insurance and I received my new insurance card on August 8th. Then Conway Regional decides to accept United Healthcare insurance again on August 15th, AFTER I was forced to change my insurance. I call Banister-Lieblong clinic on August 16th to make an appointment for August 17th and tell them about my new insurance ..."

"I would not go to this clinic under any circumstances!!!!!!! The doctors might be fine, I really do not know, but the head of the insurance department, Diane is a total nightmare!!!! She does not care if anyone ever sees a doctor. She refuses to file the insurance that she is obligated to file and tells the people not to let you see a doctor. She DOES NOT care one tiny bit about any patient. ..."
