"I was an intern at Balm of Gilead recently. The health care providers are good. It's the Supervisor Jussenia Urgiles and her co worker Elva who treat the patients with total disrespect. I was there for 6 weeks and in all that time I watched Jussenia Urgiles and Elva abuse the patients, and even heard Jussenia Urgiles call the patients drug addicts, low lifes, and welfare recipients.
