"Dr Balch is the best at what he does, but he would be well served to fire everyone in his front office. His front office is very rude, they do not do their jobs, unlless their job is to sit and talk to each other. I probably would have stayed with him forever if not for his rude lazy staff members. They do not return calls. I don't think they ever tell him he got a call. Most of the time they don't ..."

"I had seen Balch for several years!! then his front of house staff started dicating HIS day!! he's always in a rush to nowhere! that gd game gotta be Poppin after aaaalllll the years!! oh buyer beware!n IF you take any type of supplements /or sleep aides - it CAN show up in UA as "dirty"!! and this is ONE doc that doesn't know which ones @ how they react!! simple call to a pharm /or blood test woulda saved ..."
