"No sense of urgency. Takes weeks to get lab results. I stopped seeing Dr. Bala and just see first avail now, since he canceled a few appointments and switched providers anyway. There are never any questions answered when calling in. You must leave a message, which may get returned in 5-7 business days. Great when seen in person, just lack of follow through and communication beyond original appointment. ..."

"Waited to be seen for almost 2 hrs for my scheduled appointment, ended up walking out without being seen. Called manger to let them know was told that is an acceptable wait for an appointment. Will be looking for a new PCP."

"My father I law was going to him. Not a good doctor to go to if your loved has dementia. Waited 4 hours to see the doctor. Sent him for test went back to review results doctor had no clue what we were there for. My father in law has since passed and not one call from him to offer his condolences. Do not recommend Dr Bala at all!!"

"When I first Met Dr. Bala another diabetic friend suggested I see him since my sugar numbers were out of control. In 5 minutes, he told me "You're taking the wrong insulin at the wrong times." In two days he straightened out my numbers I had been struggling with for over 3 months. Since then, he has done mini office operations to remove skin cancer and tags. They do blood tests and X-ray's right there, ..."
