"This is such a terrible office. The admin staff always seem to be having a pajama party in there. They all dress unprofessionally and the NP, Casey Fallman, is terrible. Don't get her if you have to go to this office. I will not be back."

"Unhappy office, receptionist is rude. Appointments 3 weeks out to see a physicians assistant, no actual MD or D.O. works in the office. My wife and I both had gone to hospital emergency room, and were even admitted to the hospital, with no call or follow-up from this office. Office appears to be a chain of Be Well Clinics micromanaged from Fort Worth. Not happy, so found a new Doc."

"HORRIBLE patient care. They flat out do not have enough providers. Even when you schedule with a provider (I "see" Josh Richards DO whose profile sounds great), they will dump you on the PA and then treat you like a new patient every time because they frequently switch PA's.
