"I ran out of my thyroid medication, and called the pharmacy multiple times. at Azalea Health, and the person in the pharmacy told me each time I called, that they will ask the nurse practitioner that I see, if she will refill my thyroid medicine, which was originally prescribed by a doctor in Jacksonville.
