"I agree with all these previous messages left, the service from this staff in person or on the phone are extremely rude, no one tries to be helpful. Nurses line is worthless, you leave messages and no call backs. This place needs to be restructure for better staff."

"terrible receptionist staff and some nurses!!! they will let you wait and wait to be seen. they have attitude when you ask something, they hang up on you if you ask why you are waiting for a call back. never been treated like this in a doctor's office before now. someone needs to do something because i love my doctor but it's getting harder and harder to make myself go there."

"Was seen in the Er on a Fri. Was instructed to follow up with my primary care Dr . I started calling on mon.I was told I could not get a televist for 3 weeks . in person visit 5weeks . They advertise same day appts . I asked if they had same day vist was told none avail . Called the nurses line about medication . Never get a call back . On there website there is no way to contact someone to higher ..."
