"This was our first time here. The play area for my children was cute, the front staff were sweet, Dr.Hashmi was nice. We arrived about 15 mins early since we were new patients, but I was still nearly 15 mins after our appointment time before we were called."

"We had an 11am appt for my 7 year old to have 3 caps put on. We arrived about 20 minutes early. We were in the waiting room until after 12pm. We waited an additional 30 minutes in a room to be told that it wouldn't be much longer and the dentist would be in to give her the oral sedatives which would take ANOTHER 45 min to take effect before they could get started.
