"Never go to this place......the provider they had left suddenly....they didn't warn their patients just told them your seeing this person....they refused to give me the same pain meds they have been giving me for 2 years......the new provider Kari Garrison doesn't care I have a contract and that contract doesn't run out til next year...and they don't care they have left me unable to walk....don't ..."
