"Verbally assaulted by office staff and office manager when asking questions about billing. If you question them, they will discharge you as a patient, cut off your portal and ANY access to your provider. You will be left with NO continuity of care. Again, I was verbally assaulted by the office staff. NEVER go to this clinic"

"Had a distressing experience here when verbally asailed and threatened by office manager when I had questions about billing. Even when we called back with our insurance company on the phone, office manger acted in same way! Real concerns about their billing practices being possibly deceptive and it unclear if this is stemming from the actual licensed professionals (which is unethical and unlawful) ..."
