"If you know doctor Evans, then you know by some of the reviews that yes, he's a messy dresser, he seems out of sorts at times, but he's an ok doctor. You just have to be to the point with what's going on with your health, and look him in the eyes."

"I went to Avalon Urgent Care on Dec 4th to be treated for a cat bite. It wasn’t too bad, I just needed antibiotics. I was seen by Dr Robert Evans. He did not say hello or introduce himself when he came into the room. He appeared to be disoriented. He was wearing a sweater pulled messily over his scrubs and his hair was unkempt. I told him I needed antibiotics. He asked if I had allergies and I said ..."
