"Had an appointment for routine bloodwork. Heidi was absolutely the worst! I had the standing open order on my phone and she refused to accept it because it wasn't a hard copy. She verified the dates, doctor information, insurance information, etc. and still refused to help. Then said to come back after I have the paper in hand. I asked if they have an email address I can email it to and with a sarcastic ..."
