"They are in network on my insurance and the dentist refused to file under insurance forced me to pay cash and said I would be "reimbursed" they never submitted the claim and when we had a call with the insurance company and the office the lady was the rudest individual i've probably ever spoken to and basically told me he is refusing to use or accept my insurance even though he is an in network provider. ..."
