"Been waiting for a refill on my medication since April 10th. Told 3 different things each time I called. Now I have to schedule an appointment to refill - which is FINE but I WAS NEVER TOLD THAT the first 3 times I called, I was told it was sent over to the doctor/pain management (not even a pain medication) NOW told when I CALLED BACK MYSELF today, after not hearing anything back for another week, ..."

"This place deserves 0 ratings . The front staff is terrible they do paperwork when they want. They dont help when needed when refilling medications. They are very rude, unprofessional hard to even get a hold of. I have had to file a a complaint against the front desk prior. "The doctors are good but the front desk staff is unprofessional and rude. I have been calling for a refill on my daughter’s medication since January 16th today is February 2nd and still no refill. I’ve called 6 times and every time I get attitude because they haven’t done their job to call in the refill. It’s time to look for a new doctor "
