"I am extremely dissatisfied with the medical care and unprofessional behavior my daughter experienced at this place. The lack of empathy and thoroughness in the care provided was appalling. Dr Cho's comments were completely uncalled for and deeply upsetting to my daughter, leaving her feel harassed. Furthermore, as a parent, I was treated with condescension and dismissal when expressing my concerns. ..."
