"I can’t comment on my visit - I was unable to - but I can address the utter impossibility of scheduling an appointment. Repeated Voice messages go unreturned - 7 days and.counting at this writing- and the organization’s “ scheduler” deigns not to answer her phone personally. "The physician Dr Munot it top notch, caring and compassionate, but to get to her for any type of appt their office staff has to call you back when they have time. Again, they use the auspice of being short staffed. Maybe the staff they have should be trained to be effective in a medical office rather than the answering machine going on about how short staffed they are, Is there any accountability? ..."

"I have a colonoscopy scheduled tomorrow 4/28/2024 and never got a call on what time to arrive. I called the answering service 2 times. The second time they said to call at 7 Am. Very unprofessional."
