"The physician Dr Munot it top notch, caring and compassionate, but to get to her for any type of appt their office staff has to call you back when they have time. Again, they use the auspice of being short staffed. Maybe the staff they have should be trained to be effective in a medical office rather than the answering machine going on about how short staffed they are, Is there any accountability? ..."

"I have a colonoscopy scheduled tomorrow 4/28/2024 and never got a call on what time to arrive. I called the answering service 2 times. The second time they said to call at 7 Am. Very unprofessional."

"If you need a procedure soon don't even bother calling. The phone either keeps on ringing or if u do get thur your put thur to procedure department and never do they answer. Except today after 15 mins of holding I had this young lady ask rudely if I was having symptoms, what kind of symptoms I ask, "Mam, do u have symptoms or not" she yells. I was so put back I said I'll just contact the dr. She ..."

"They do not have adequate staffing at this time. Cancel appointments last minute and do not call back to reschedule. My advice is to work on a referral to another practice. They don’t have capacity right now to effectively treat patients."
