"This office staff is uneducated and unable to work properly with patients dealing with mental health issues. The staff called me and told me that they were switching my meds without my approval and then instructed me to take an extended release pill 3 TIMES a day!!!!! Then I was told the doctor would call me. Instead someone from "downstairs" called me and told me that she'd hang up on me because ..."
