I called the clinic's phone number and the operator mentioned that it had been closed since November 1st. I had the appointment today, December 21, and I never received a notice ..."

"I have been a patient for many years, and I couldn't believe what I was reading on the door today when I showed up for my appt at the Orlando office... HOW UMPROFESSIONAL not letting patients know ahead of time so they could pick up their records or at least leave a working phone number on their hand written note posted on the door so patients could call & make arrangement .....That's what I'm concerned ..."
