"The docs may be competent BUT...... they have gone from an independent practice to a "franchise" model. Inefficient, too many layers to see an actual doc. Ridiculous and quirky computer systems that send repetitive and inaccurate messages; inefficient staff have obvious issues because computers try to "run things" and they don't fully understand the franchise imposed systems."

"The office is extremely inefficient and rude. It took me two weeks to finally schedule an appointment ,because they did not call me after the referral, and I got an appt in another two weeks. I only requested a penicillin allergy test, but they did not prepare for it, instead at the first appointment they performed a routine environmental allergen test and scheduled another appointment for the skin ..."

"I had the opportunity to visit this office recently and the staff was extremely understanding and accommodating upon my arrival. Even though this was my first appointment and I hadn’t completed my paperwork prior to my visit they still allowed me to see the doctor as opposed to canceling or rescheduling my consultation. The nurse who took my vitals was extremely nice and even complemented my jewelry. ..."
