UChicago took over all billing and claims that the small doctor's office in an old building is suddenly an outpatient surgical center and bills insurance as such. "This small doctor's office decided this year to bill as a surgicenter/outpatient facility, which jacks up your copay/out-of-pocket costs. It is small doctor's office that was purchased by a money grabbing corporation that decided to do this. Run, don't walk, to a regular doctor's office - unless you love to pay extra (triple a usualy copay) for your allergy shots."
