"Terrible service, the doctor takes forever, you can see her walking around doing nothing while you wait and wait in the reception area and in the rooms. Needed to change an appointment due to an emergency, they want to charge me for changing it plus charging for a new appointment. They have a call center, you can't speak to anyone at the actual office. Completely unprofessional and no customer service, ..."

"Don't use these people. They are uncommunicative, non-responsive and uncooperative. I have had problems getting them to issue referrals, a simple procedure, where they want me to come to their office, and see the doctor, for every one I need. Then, they issue them with zero visits and finally their referrals manager sent me an email that I do not need them. I do. My health care provider, Simply, ..."
