"Very disappointed customer, was told 175$ for a check up. Started the exam, then was informed it would be another 50$ to take a test needed for exam. Then was told it would be another 30$ to take the test needed in order to take first test. On and on, I felt like I was adding apps to my cell phone! Then I was pressured into giving them my health insurance card, even when I explained im not covered ..."
