"Phone number always busy. No other way to make contact -- no voice mail, message machine, email, etc. -- just a busy signal that does nothing but waste your time. And you call this a doctors' office??? How on earth do you get through when you want to make an appointment or need some information. Face it, patients don't have all day to listen to a busy signal. At least have some way to make contact ..."

"Tried to call for over 4 weeks, 3 to 4 times a day, and always got a busy signal. I ended up switching endos because this was always happening, never getting ahold of them and they don't have any answering systems so you can have them call you back. I needed to make a appointment for my lab results. I finally got ahold of them today asking for release form for my new endo and the front desk assistant ..."

"I would not Recommend this practice. I went for 2 visits and never seen a MD. Only the Nurse Practitioner, who was not professional at all. Phone calls are impossible, redialed for over an hour and finally reached a staff member, who was very rude. No help for my diabetes. So, don’t waste your time or money."

"In short - a nightmare. Just trying to change endocrinologist since mine retired, ended up with Beier. Was prescribed the most expensive treatment, office manager supposedly checked our insurance and said all was ok, no out of pocket. All a lie - ended up paying over $800 for two shots and after speaking another endocrinologist office, I should have been provided an alternative to just increase ..."
