"My daughter is 6 and has a wart on her arm. It started out very small but nothing would help it so we were referred to Elizabeth Morton. The first visit was okay. She treated the wart and wanted us to come back for a follow up. The wart had gotten bigger after her treatment was done. "I'm very disappointed with how they would imply and insinuate patient fault and that it's their best practice to not notify patients that a provider is no longer there only after an appointment is made a month in advance, that it is their best practice to inform patients day of appointment that a referral is needed rather than inform them when an earlier accomodation was made via phone, and that it ..."

"My appointment was canceled without notifying me. I took the day off work and the receptionist didn’t even seem to care about the inconvenience they caused. They also only have limited hours - I wanted to reschedule but I didn’t want to have to take another day of leave (I’m a teacher and have limited time off) but they don’t offer later hours."
