"I read all the bad reviews, but thought I would give them a chance. I had an appointment rather quickly. We discussed a treatment a different Doctor had spoke of. I was told I would receive a phone call soon for more scheduling. I did not hear from them for two weeks. I phoned once a week and left a message. One week I actually spoke to a Lady.
