"Dr. Pieczonka is a great Urologist but i wish he would leave this practice. I have been a patient of his for years. Now appointments take forever, I never see the actual Dr. (only PA's), and they are pushing unnecessary meds on people and doing tests they have not discussed with me. Feels like they are just hammering the insurance for everything they can."

"Nurse Rachael grosvenor endangered my physical and mental well being. I strongly recommend all patients consider Upstate Urology. Upstate Urology employs personnel with much more professionalism than A.M.P. urology. Each time Rachael grosvenor would change my catheter, she comment “So Nice” . She considered me, the patient, a “fringe” benefit. Nurse Rachael grosvenor is both unprofessional and incompetent ..."

"Watch your billing statements if you are on Medicare/Medicaid. I just caught them for the fourth time billing on dates my mother wasn't even there. I have turned it over for the Feds to investigate them. They even billed for a full in person visit on Easter Sunday when everyone knows they were closed. They also treat patients like we are a burden to them and they cancel appointments and don't tell ..."

"I would recommend steering clear of this practice. Since an Equity bought this place out, AMP is pumping unnecessary procedures on patients. Because of the high margins of these procedures AMP has been transformed into a business rather than a medical office. Caring for the patient is secondary to profits."

"Had to have procedure twice, once by them, and second time by doctor they had to refer me to because they did not have hospital access to proper tools needed. RUN! Horrible experience!"
